I never received my password and I can't log in!

No worries! Just follow these steps:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your email (the one you used to purchase)
4. Click on "Send Recovery Info"
5. Check your email inbox for the reset link (and check spam/junk/promotions folders if you don't see it right away)
6. Set your new password and log in

If for some reason you still don't receive the email, please reach out to us at support@learnthaiwithnoon.com and we'll make sure you get access as soon as possible. We're sorry for the inconvenience and will get it sorted for you right away!

I never received any emails after my purchase. No receipt, nothing!

When you purchase any of our products, welcome and receipt emails should arrive in your inbox right away. If you don't see them, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If they're still not there, you may have entered your email address incorrectly at checkout. Email us at support@learnthaiwithnoon.com with the email address and first and last name you used when you purchased. We'll get it fixed for you!

I can't find the course I purchased in my library!

All your purchased courses should appear automatically in your course library. If any course you purchased is missing, whether it's one course or all of them, email us at support@learnthaiwithnoon.com with your purchase details and we'll grant you access right away!

I can't watch the videos on my mobile phone!
